GET INVOLVED ~ INVOLUCRESE!

To be part of the festival this year, see the many ways to participate below. Vendor applications can be downloaded here. Discounted registration ends 8/1/17.

Official Citizenship Oath Ceremony

The festival kicks off each year at 10am with a very special community-based Naturalization Oath Ceremony conducted by Portland Field Office staff of U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS). We have had between 14-21 people take their oaths in past years from as many as 11 different countries. It's a special privilege to be able to welcome new citizens to our country right here in Central Oregon. Don't miss it.

Festival Food

The food at the festival is one of the most sought-after attractions because we tend to have vendors that you won't find anywhere else or that are just getting started as a new small business venture. Diversity of flavors and aromas is the one constant you can count on.

Cultural Booths

We invite neighbors and friends from across Central Oregon to host a table (free of charge) representing your family heritage and culture(s). Cultural booths are the heart and soul of the festival.  We will provide you with a table and chairs if you request them. Please join us!

Kids Area

Our Kid's Area is made possible by the presence of community organizations joining us with a booth, including a kid's activity or giveaway.  As long as you provide an activity, there is no charge to participate. And you get a chance to raise awareness about the services you provide to families. Please join us!

Cultural Performances

Festival guests speak highly about the diversity of performances offered each year! ALL performers are local and most, if not all, perform voluntarily.  The festival would not be the same without them and you won't want to miss a single act. Rich in culture, rich in talent.

Business Vendor Market

Licensed businesses are invited to host a booth to share and sell your goods and services to  roughly 1,500 festival guests. For a very low cost, you can be a part of this uniquely local community celebration with one of the most diverse audiences of any Central Oregon event.

Street Fair (Flea Market)

This is a low-cost opportunity for home-based, informal and non-profit community businesses to participate in the festival. Our aim is diversity, so be creative. This may include high-quality, lightly used goods, books, furniture, electronics, crafts, etc.
