REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

Ability to effectively work with, manage, train and lead volunteers.
Proficiency in reading, analyzing and redlining construction plans.
Excellent oral communication skills; effective with diverse audiences
Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving skills, risk assessment skills which value engineering and cost management.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the construction/contracting business, especially as a carpenter or framer
Valid drivers’ license
Experience creating, implementing, monitoring, and following existing processes.
The salary range for this role is $60,000-$65,000.
