We believe we have the greatest positive impact in the community when we partner in strategic ways with other organizations that have complementary missions and core competencies. We provide many direct services and a crucial outreach and coordination role for our clients using the expertise of other organizations. In doing so, we reduce the language and cultural barriers that limit access for our immigrant families to services, and we reduce the burden on our partners to overcome this challenge on their own. The result is stronger, more resilient families and businesses, as well as greater participation of Latinos in our communities.
