Services
Translation - Interpretation
Every day we are asked to help our clients communicate with landlords, doctors, employers, utility companies, banks and others to be sure both parties understand each other. We do this by phone, in person, and in writing. We also offer translation-interpretation services to businesses and organizations for a fee. Click here for fee information (pdf).
Mexican Consulate Services
Once a year we collaborate with the Mexican Consulate in Portland to host a Consulado Movil clinic in Central Oregon. Each clinic provides 700 identification documents to Mexican citizens, including passports and consular ID cards, saving them the significant time and cost of going to Portland.
Tax Preparation
Every year from January to April, we help clients access free tax return help. This service is provided either directly by Spanish-speaking volunteer preparers or by our interpreters in collaboration with trained IRS preparers through AARP and CASH Oregon. We also help with ITIN renewal applications. Cada año entre los meses de enero y abril, ofrecemos la ayuda con la preparación de la declaración de los impuestos. Prestamos este servicio o directamente por medio de nuestros voluntarios hispanohablantes, o por nuestros intérpretes en colaboración con un proveedor capacitado por el IRS de las organizaciones AARP y CASH Oregon. Tambien, ofrecemos ayuda con la renovación de los números ITIN.
Adult Emergency Dental Clinic
Every other month we offer a dental clinic in partnership with the mobile dental van of Medical Teams International where people 16 years old and up receive emergency treatments like extractions and fillings.
