Pay: $30-$35/hr

TurnKey Home Cleaning is growing fast and looking for experienced, reliable Independent Cleaning Contractors to join our residential cleaning team. We focus on routine/standard cleanings, deep cleanings, and move-in/move-out services for clients who value quality and professionalism.
This is not an entry-level cleaning job. We’re looking for cleaners who already know the trade, show up on time, deliver quality and efficiency, communicate clearly, and take pride in their work.

🧼 Job Responsibilities
-Routine/standard residential cleanings
-Deep cleanings (kitchens, bathrooms, high-touch areas)
-Move-in / Move-out cleanings
-Follow provided cleaning checklists and client service notes
-Arrive on time and fully prepared for scheduled jobs
-Communicate through our booking software for confirmations, updates, and issues
-Maintain professionalism and respect in clients’ homes

Job Requirements ~ Requisitos de trabajo

✅ Requirements (Please Read Carefully)

-3-5+ years of professional home cleaning experience (required)
-Ability to work independently/with a team, and manage your time
-Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
-Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license (no compensation for travel time or fuel expenses)
-Smartphone capable of using scheduling/communication apps
-Willingness to consent to a background check
-Understanding of Independent Contractor (1099) status
-Your own basic cleaning supplies & equipment
-General Liability insurance required prior to first assignment, or willingness to obtain (we will provide recommendations for insurance options if needed)

-English speaking preferred for client communication.
